3. Ordering and Custom Orders
- Product Availability: All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
- Custom Orders: For custom cake designs and catering, specific terms and payment schedules will be agreed upon separately via a custom order agreement. A deposit may be required to confirm custom orders.
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details provided for orders, including delivery dates, addresses, and product specifications.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices for products and services are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Full payment is generally required at the time of order placement for most retail items and workshop bookings.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to the price of products and services as required by law.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of many of our products (cakes, breads, pastries), we generally do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been collected or delivered. Exceptions may be made in cases of demonstrable defects or errors attributable to Maple Loom.
- Workshops: Cancellation policies for culinary workshops will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Typically, a minimum advance notice is required for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Artisanal Supplies: Returns for non-perishable artisanal baking supplies may be accepted within a specified period, provided the items are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Maple Loom or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
